Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information MRPAC collects through this website and how we use it. It applies only to mrpac.mn — not to inquiries received by phone, email, or in person.

1. Who we are
MRPAC LLC («Эм Ар Пи Эй Си» ХХК) is a railway design company registered in Mongolia — state registration no. 4411854, registered office: #17, Bldg 49, Jalkhanz Khutagt Damdinbazar St., Microdistrict 4, Khoroo 18, Bayangol District, Ulaanbaatar. We operate this website at mrpac.mn and are the controller of personal data collected through it. For data questions, write to privacy@mrpac.mn.
2. What we collect
When you contact us through this site, we collect:
- Name, organization, work email, and phone number
- Project details you choose to share (scope, budget range, deadlines)
- Standard server logs (IP, user agent, request timestamps)
- Aggregate, cookieless analytics — page path, language, and a coarse non-identifying visit signal — used to understand site traffic. No cookies, no profiling, no selling.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not sell personal data to anyone, ever.
3. How we use it
Inquiry data is used solely to respond to your message and to evaluate whether MRPAC is a good fit for your project. Server logs are used for security and operational debugging.
4. Service providers we use
To run this website we rely on a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf. Some are located outside Mongolia (in the EU or United States), so your data may be processed abroad. They are:
- Vercel (United States) — website hosting, infrastructure, and privacy-friendly Web Analytics
- Neon (United States/EU) — the database that stores site content and inquiries
- Resend (United States) — delivery of inquiry and sign-in emails
- Anthropic (United States) — powers AI-assisted drafting of our published articles (internal tooling; does not process visitor data)
- A web-search provider (e.g. Perplexity) — used only by our internal article-research tool, not on visitor data
5. Cookies
Public pages set no cookies. The only cookie we use is a strictly-necessary session cookie on the private /admin area when our staff sign in — it is required for login and is exempt from consent. We measure page views without cookies (and use Vercel's privacy-friendly Web Analytics); we use no advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Who can see it
Inquiry data is visible to MRPAC engineers and authorized operations staff, and to the service providers listed above strictly as needed to operate the site. Beyond that, we disclose personal data only when required by Mongolian law or to enforce our Terms of Use.
7. How long we keep it
Active client and prospect records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years, in line with standard professional services record-keeping. You can request deletion at any time, and we will honor it except where we must keep certain records to meet legal or accounting obligations (the seven-year basis above).
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by writing to privacy@mrpac.mn. We respond within 30 days.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify active clients directly.
