Engineer the railways that move a nation forward.
MRPAC hires senior engineers, designers, and project leaders who want their drawings to leave the office and become track on the ground. Most of our roles are based in Ulaanbaatar with periodic site work along the corridors we design.
What we look for
Discipline depth over breadth. A track engineer who knows MNS and GOST 1520 cold is worth more to us than a generalist with a longer CV. We hire people whose stamp on a drawing means something — and give them the autonomy to defend it.
Disciplines we hire
- Alignment & track design (mainline + yard)
- Structures: bridges, culverts, retaining walls
- Operations & capacity modelling
- Owner's engineer / construction supervision
- GIS, surveying, and geotechnical interpretation
